Cecily rarely has her head out of a book. If she’s not reading one, she’s thinking about reading one. She was always the quiet one in the class and, now that she is about to finish her degree, she can say that hardly anyone really knows her. She was always a shadow, paying attention to studying and nothing else. Because if there is one thing she is sure of, it is that she wants to work in a publishing house. She knows that, without contacts, the only way to make it is with a brilliant GPA. And when Cecily sets her mind to something, there’s no one who can stop her from achieving it, except for an unexpected encounter in a bookshop that will turn her plans upside down. And everything will be complicated when she manages to get into her favorite publishing house and discovers that her boss is not a total stranger and, far from being the charming person she thought she knew, is a real dictator who is not interested at all in stories and books, but in percentages of the profits.
